Before requesting to be listed on the Anointed Christian Links Website please take a moment to read the Nicene Creed to ensure that, as far as you know, the group/church/ministry you are requesting a listing for agrees with these basic Christian tenets:

The Nicene Creed

We believe in one God,
The Father Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth
and of all things visible and invisible;

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the only begotten Son of God,
begotten from the Father before all ages,
light from light, true God from True God,
begotten not made,
of one substance with the Father.
By Him all things were made.
For us men and our salvation
He came down from heaven,
was made flesh from the Holy Spirit
and Mary the virgin and became man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate,
suffered and was buried.
He rose again on the third day,
according to the Scriptures,
and ascended into heaven.
He sits on the right hand of the Father
and will come again with glory
to judge the living and the dead.
His Kingdom will never end;

And in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord and life-giver, who proceeds from the Father.
Together with the Father and the Son
He is worshiped and glorified.
He spoke through the prophets;

And in one holy catholic* and apostolic church.
We confess one baptism for the remission of sins.
We look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the age to come. AMEN

(* NOTE: use of the word ‘catholic’ here does not refer to a particular denomination. It simply means ‘universal’. In this creed it refers to the fact that in God’s eyes all who affirm what is stated in this creed belong to one Christian church, regardless of race, denomination or sect.)

For more information about the history of the Nicene Creed and the Council of Nicea which created it, check out the Christian Odessey site.

Before filling in the form, please read the following paragraphs carefully...

If the group/individual you are are requesting a listing for cannot unequivocally confirm the Nicene Creed please do not ask for a listing. This is one of the most basic of all Christian ‘statement of beliefs’ but there are groups calling themselves ‘Christian’ which do not completely agree with this creed (often because they don’t believe in the Trinity). There will always be doctrinal disputes between Christians, but at some point we must draw the line and say: “this is what I consider to be the minimum belief for someone to call themselves Christian”.

Please, do not write and say: “such and such a listing should not be there because they have faulty doctrine”. Maybe I agree with you, maybe I agree with them, but I will simply ask: “Are they Christian?” (ie do they believe in the Nicene Creed?).

If you still want your site listed on these page please fill in the form below, or e-mail me with your site details and make sure that ‘Christian Link’ is included in the subject field. If you can, include a single-sentence site description up to 30 words which I might use in the listing. Please do not give me a list of keywords as a description – if you do your site will probably not be listed.

I do not accept commercial Christian sites or sites which portray themselves as commercial (just set up to sell a book, CD, etc even if it is Christian). Christian ‘hate’ sites will also not be listed. Sites with positive Bible-based Christian teaching will always get precedence. The final decision on which sites not to list is mine!

Finally, here are a list of a few pages that might help you. They cover a number of subjects from Web evangelism to Webauthor tips. Each of these links opens into a new page:

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST

ACL is now only accepting submissions from sites that have their own, dedicated domain name.

We apologize for this decision but consider that if you (or your church) is serious about your Internet presence you will spend the few dollars to get your own domain name.

QUICK NOTES BEFORE YOU START

  • all sites are manually checked before insertion – an automated system is not used
  • don't bother submitting unless you follow the criteria (Nicene Creed, non-commercial, etc)
  • sites teaching about Christianity, or discussing Christian issues, get highest priority
  • sites by Christians, but not specifically about Christianity, will not be listed (ie personal sites)
  • "hate sites" will not be listed (ie sites criticizing other ministries, churches, leaders, etc)
  • ensure that your description does not use ALL CAPITALS or Capitalization Of Every Word
  • check descriptions of other sites before writing your description – ACL does not use keywords
  • if you are region/area specific (church, speaker, etc) ensure that the location is clearly outlined
If all this seems too hard, please do NOT submit your site – we are looking for quality Christian sites, not just lots of sites!

Graham’s Christian writing:
"Graham Pockett doesn't mince any words, but he writes with a kind heart. If you have questions about such things as "once saved, always saved", or why so many different ideas can come from the same scripture, or how much what we see and do affects us as spiritual beings, you'll find much to think about here."  from This Christian Life
